NoDrift is a mirror, not a course. Here is how to hold it up.
What NoDrift is (and is not)
NoDrift does not tell you what to trade, and it never predicts. It reflects what you did — so you can see the pattern before it costs you again.
1. Log a trade in one line
After a trade, write one sentence in Journal: e.g. “chased AAPL after earnings, no stop.” NoDrift tags the behavior and tracks what it cost.
2. See your Discipline Score
Your Discipline score (0–100) is one question: did you follow your own rules? It is a mirror, not a judge — a good process with a bad outcome is still a good loss.
3. Use the Cooling Room before a trade
Before you enter, open the Cooling Room. A 30-second pause, your own impulse history, then three honest questions. It interrupts the trade you will regret — before you take it.
4. Drill your own mistake
Training rebuilds the exact day you broke one of your own rules — not random questions. Answer a few and the reflex starts to change.
How to write a rule that holds
Name the exact moment you usually break it. “Be more disciplined” never holds; “No entries in the first 30 minutes” does. Use numbers where you can, anchor to the trigger (after a stop-out, not “revenge trading”), and keep it to three rules you actually obey. When one keeps breaking, the rule is too wide — narrow it or make it a Hard line.
5. Read your reports
Reports (Pro) explains why you keep repeating a pattern, in your market context, and how to fix it. Weekly and monthly.
Free vs Pro
Logging trades, CSV import, your rules library, the daily rule check, and Standing advice are free forever. AI reviews are free the first 7 days of each month. Attribution analysis, training drills, rule trend, and weekly/monthly reports are Pro. First 14 days: everything unlocked.
