Terms of Service

NoDrift is a journaling and self-review tool. It does not tell you what to trade, it does not recommend securities or strategies, and it never predicts markets. Everything it shows you is a reflection of what you yourself recorded.

We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or portfolio manager, and we do not act on anyone's behalf in any market. If you need advice about your money, talk to a licensed professional.

Your trading decisions, and their results, are yours. NoDrift may help you notice a pattern, but noticing is not the same as preventing — you are still the one who places the order.

You also agree not to misuse the service: do not attempt to break into other accounts, do not scrape it, do not resell it, and do not use it to harm anyone.

The plans, logs, reflections, rules and imports you create are your property. You give us only the permission we need to run the product for you: store it, show it back to you, and send the relevant excerpt to our model provider when you ask for an AI feature.

You can export everything, and you can delete your account and its data at any time. See the Privacy Policy for the details.

You need an account to use NoDrift, and it must be yours. Keep access to your email address secure — it is the only key to your account.

• Free tier — usable indefinitely, no card required.
• Trial — your first 14 days unlock everything. It ends on its own; you are not charged, and we do not ask for a card to start it.
• Pro — a paid subscription, billed in advance (monthly or yearly). It renews automatically until you cancel.
• Cancelling — anytime, one click. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and it simply does not renew.
• Refunds — see the Refund Policy. First charge is refundable within 14 days, no questions asked.

Payments are processed by Creem as our merchant of record. They are the seller on your statement and they handle sales tax and VAT for the transaction. Your card details go to them and never reach us.

AI features generate text about your own records. They can be wrong, incomplete, or blunt. They are a mirror, not an oracle — treat the output as something to think about, not as a conclusion. When AI is unavailable we say so rather than passing off a template as analysis.

We aim to keep NoDrift running and improving, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change or retire features; if a change meaningfully reduces what you paid for, we will say so before it happens.

If we make material changes to these terms, we will email you before they take effect.

You can stop using NoDrift and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or to harm the service or other people — and if that happens, we will tell you why.
